Tournament Details
*Team entry fee is $150. Registration deadline is February 10th, 2017.
*Rosters submitted with registration can be tentative or incomplete; Final rosters are due by February 10th, 2017.
*All players must be at least 18 years of age (born on or before 2/18/1998).
A picture ID will be required at check-in and may be checked throughout the day.
*Each team is guaranteed a minimum of three games.
*To reserve a spot in the tournament submit the Online Registration with full payment. Teams will be notified by e-mail of acceptance and payment confirmation. Space is limited; entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
*Each team will designate a Captain who will be the main contact for that team. All payment, schedule, roster and communications will be directed to the team Captain via e-mail.
*All teams must have home (white or light) and away (dark) uniforms
*Due to this being our first year we only have 2 divisions available
Divisions available High Skill and Amateur/Co-ed
*Championship team in each division will be recognized.
*To participate in the tournament, all players must complete and sign the Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement
Players participate at their own risk. Agreements must be submitted with the final roster by February 10th, 2017.
*Awards Banquet to follow at Bullheads Bar and Grill on Sunday February 19th, 2017 after tournament.
